Diane Friebel, a state Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, is the owner and Senior Appraiser of Friebel-Boyd Appraisal Services with over 30 years experience in the appraisal industry. She has extensive knowledge of the Shasta County real estate market having lived in the area for over 45 years. Her work experience encompasses institutional appraising, having worked as Chief Appraiser for various savings loans as well as independent fee contracting for lenders and individuals. She is actively involved with the real estate community, and has received the prestigious award of Affiliate of the Year from the Shasta County Association of Realtors.
